Beautiful setting with museum and gift shop. Extensive boardwalks with benches. Clean restrooms and free admission to the tower.

The lighthouse tower climb is reasonable, and there is space for 4-5 people at the top. The area is beautiful, and there is Lake Superior access from the parking lot. Definitely a worthwhile stop while driving the lakeshore.
Well maintained with access to get right up to Lake Superior. Free. Donations accepted to help maintain light house.
Absolutely loved it. Very charming and well kept. We did not take the tour but enjoyed all the wonderful views nature had to offer us.
